Summary of our Selling Policies

Payment

We accept Pay pal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Credit cards. Please note that if you pay by check, there would be a significant delay of your shipment(between 2-4 weeks). We need a street address for all shipments. Please no PO Boxes. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. If you pay with Pay-pal we will ship your product the within 1 business day. When paying by Credit card if your shipping address is different than your credit card address, in order to prevent fraud, we might ask for more information to be faxed to our office. Fees

We do not charge tax on any handling fees.

Shipping

We ship to all states in USA and Canada. We use UPS and USPS for all of our shippinents. We only use USPS for Canada and certain other locations.

We use a flat rate shipping charge for all of our items shipped.

The address must be a confirmed address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical street address.

For international customers, we are not responsible for duties and taxes.

For other countries please E-mail us with your full shipping address.
We do not combine shipping! Our shipping process is automated from our different warehouses.

Delivery

We ship every business day in the afternoon from California (Monday - Friday, except holidays). We ship within 24 hours after clearance of payments.

Please note in order to save our trees, we do not provide an invoice with our shipments.

You can always print out your invoice from our web site.

Refunds & Returns

Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refund will be given as exchange.Refunds are given only if an item is found defective on arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees.

Please note that we will charge a 10% re-stocking fee for all items returned and refunded or exchanged which were not defective.

The best way to constant us is through E-mail. We read and respond E-mails every day. Due to number of E-mails and responses we try to answer all e-mails within 2 days of receiving them. We never close for business, but we are slower during the weekends and holidays.
